She has held leadership roles within major scientific societies, including serving as a founding member and executive committee member of the Imaging Mass Spectrometry Society, and as chair and governance taskforce member within the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
Dr. Ho has organized and chaired numerous scientific conferences, workshops, and invitationonly outsourcing forums, helping to shape best practices in bioanalysis, imaging mass spectrometry, and CRO collaboration. She contributes regularly as an invited speaker, shortcourse instructor, journal editor, and author of widely cited white papers and review articles that address emerging technical and regulatory topics in bioanalysis
